Cookie Policy

What we store on your device, why, and how to change it.

Last updated: August 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, and help the operator understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, and refer to all of them here as cookies.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site and Learning Management System to function — keeping you signed in, maintaining your session during enrolment, and protecting against fraudulent requests. These cannot be switched off through our site because the service does not work without them.

Preference

Remember choices you have made, such as your language, and any filters you have applied on the programs page, so you do not have to set them again.

Analytics

Help us understand which programs are being viewed, where visitors drop out of the enrolment flow, and which articles are read. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Marketing

Set where we run advertising or remarketing campaigns, so that our programs can be shown to people who have already expressed interest. These are only set with your consent.

How long they last

  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — typically from 30 days to 24 months depending on purpose — unless you delete them sooner.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by services we rely on, including our analytics provider, payment processor and video delivery platform. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and under contract with us.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete existing cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the platform, including sign-in and enrolment, from working correctly.

Changes

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The revised date at the top of this page indicates when it was last amended.
