Professional details — qualification, medical council registration number, current role and institution, supplied for eligibility verification.
Enrolment and learning data — programs enrolled in, module progress, and quiz and examination results.
Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not store complete card details on our systems.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Sharing your information

Accrediting institutions — where necessary to confirm program completion for accreditation purposes.

Accrediting bodies — where a program's accreditation requires records of completion.
Legal requirement — where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.

4. Certificate verification

Our certificate verification page confirms the holder's name, program and date of issue against a certificate ID. This is a deliberate disclosure so that employers and institutions can confirm authenticity. If you do not wish your certificate to be verifiable in this way, contact us and we will discuss the options.

5. Data retention

We retain enrolment and academic records for as long as necessary to support certificate verification and to meet our legal obligations. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.

Request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete
Request deletion, subject to our record-keeping obligations for issued certificates
Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
