The terms that govern your use of this website and our programs.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Eligibility

All programs are open to MBBS graduates and above holding a valid medical council registration, including MD, MS and DNB postgraduates and Foreign Medical Graduates qualified through the FMGE. Applications from AYUSH graduates, BDS graduates and candidates who have not completed MBBS are not accepted. We verify eligibility before confirming enrolment and may decline an application that does not meet these criteria.

3. Enrolment and payment

  • A seat is confirmed only once the applicable payment or first instalment has cleared.
  • Fees are stated in writing before payment is taken and are inclusive of the electronic certificate.
  • Where an instalment plan is agreed, failure to pay an instalment may result in suspension of platform access until the account is brought up to date.

4. Cancellation and refunds

We offer a free cancellation policy allowing a full refund within 7 days of enrolment if you are not satisfied with the course curriculum or content. Refunds are not permitted after this 7-day period has elapsed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to appear.

5. Assessment and certification

  • A quiz follows each module and an online examination follows each course, with a minimum pass score of 50%.
  • Three attempts are permitted for each online examination at no charge; further attempts incur an examination fee.
  • Fellowship candidates must complete all quizzes and examinations before sitting the final viva.
  • Final certification is issued after the completed logbook has been submitted and reviewed.
  • An electronic certificate with a unique enrolment ID is issued within 24 hours of all requirements being met.

6. Scope of certification

Our programs provide clinical knowledge and insight into global practice, supporting continuing professional development. They are not a substitute for formal medical education, and our certificates do not permit a healthcare professional to claim a specialist title such as diabetologist or cardiologist. Courses offered by e-learning platforms are not recognised by the National Medical Commission or any state medical council. Accreditations that do apply are listed in each program brochure.

7. Program delivery

All programs are delivered entirely online through our Learning Management System. Modules are self-paced and remain accessible for the duration of the program. There is no offline attendance requirement, and no component of any program takes place at a physical location.

8. Placement and career support

We do not guarantee employment. Our programs are academic and certification-based, and a career guidance session is included in every fellowship program.

9. Acceptable use

  • Account credentials are personal and must not be shared.
  • Course materials are licensed for your individual learning use only. Recording, redistributing, reselling or publishing them is prohibited.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent platform security, interfere with service availability, or scrape content in bulk.
  • Misconduct in an assessment, including impersonation, may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All course content, curricula, assessments, branding and site material are owned by Doctyn Innovations Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update curricula, faculty, cohort schedules and platform features. Where a change materially affects an enrolled learner, we will give reasonable notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the site or a program is limited to the fees you have paid for that program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician; our content is educational and does not constitute medical advice for any individual patient.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
